Mr. Cronson has been representing injury victims in Federal court proceedings, state court personal injury proceedings, and Illinois workers compensation proceedings for the past 30 years. There is no charge for Mr. Cronson's services in these cases unless he makes a recovery on your behalf for the injuries you have suffered. Mr. Cronson will aggressively advocate on your behalf to obtain the maximum recovery that you are entitled to under the law. Appellate Advocacy
Drawing on experience gained as an assistant state's attorney in Cook County, Mr. Cronson has authored and argued many appellate cases during his lengthy career. He has been an effective appellate advocate in the First, Second, and Third District Appellate Courts. Mr. Cronson has tackled a wide range of both civil and criminal matters in these appellate cases, including copyright, personal injury, conversion, insurance coverage, and numerous criminal charges including murder, federal drug conspiracy, home invasion, sex offenses, drug possession and distribution, and DUI.
